Kemec resistance welding machines

KRW L41-61

Efficient spot welding machine for thin sheet metals

The Kemecweld KRW 41 and KRW 61 spot welding machines have enough capacity from the thinnest sheet metal up to 2.5 + 2.5 mm of thicknesses. In addition to unalloyed steel, the machines can be used for spot welding zinc-coated steels, thin aluminium and stainless materials.

The KRW spot welding machines are compact and therefore require little space. They are rapid, reliable and safe in operation. The KRW machines have excellent welding characteristics and are available with a wide range of additional equipment.

KRW B81-121

For safe joints of thick sheet metals

With the Kemecweld KRW 81 and KRW 121 spot welding machines it is possible to make strong welds quickly and cleanly without filler materials. In addition to unalloyed steel, the machine can be used for spot welding zinc-coated steels, aluminium and stainless materials.

The KRW spot welding machines have a rugged construction and are reliable in operation. The frame is compact and accepts a wide range of additional equipment. The welding characteristics are excellent.

KRW B121P-251P

For quick projection welding joints

The Kemecweld KRW 121 P, KRW 171 P and KRW 251 P projection welding machines have enough power for welding large work pieces. Special tools can be easily mounted to the T-slotted plates serving as electrodes.

The KRW projection welding machines have a rugged construction and are reliable in operation. The frame is compact and accepts a wide range of additional equipment. The welding characteristics are excellent. The projection welding machines can also be fitted with spot welding equipment.

KRW B121S-151S

Tight seams with continuous current

The Kemecweld KRW 121 S and KRW 151 S seam welding machines are sufficiently rugged for heavyduty work, yet convenient to use and place in position.

The excellent characteristics of the KRW machines include a turnable welding head, reliability in operation, a wide range of additional equipment, e.g. for welding tube bends and an accurate control slide. The current is supplied through silver contacts, meaning that the machine is safe to run and the welds are of uniform quality. The silver contacts also contribute to the long life of the seam welding head.
